Biography
He has travelled across different countries and continents and now returns to where it all began. His story, in fact, starts in Rio (where he was born, the son of a Brazilian water polo player). He then moved to Australia and then to Italy where he played with the Recco and the National teams. He started playing as a teenager and has risen straight to the top with one of the most powerful strikes in water polo. He has played in 150 matches and two Olympic games with the Australian team, but his best achievements have been with the Italian team. He loves music and going to the movies, and last May he was attacked while walking his dog, fortunately without consequences. Campagna relies on him to break the opponent’s defence.
