At just 23 years old Francesco is already among the elite of the Laser Standard class: he first tasted success on Brazilian waters by winning the test Event in Rio. This native of Livorno, who belongs to the Faculty of Naval Engineering, loves to travel. He is preparing to repeat his previous success at his first Olympic Games because, despite his young age, he is very mature and is determined to keep growing. “My aim is to go out there and give it all I’ve got. The Games are a dream and the greatest race you could hope to do. To participate there gives me a great feeling, but I will go there with my head held high" she assures us.
