Biography
The synchronette from Lazio is Italsincro’s captain and she returns to the Olympic Games after an absence of 12 years. She started practicing this sport at the age of 10 and, consequently, after much hard work, she led the Italian team in the pursuit of the European and World top places. With Giorgio Minisini, however, she won a historic bronze in the mixed duet category at the Kazan 2015 World Championships (and a European silver at the London 2016 Championships) which has given her a new incentive. At almost 29, she is now considering retirement after the 2017 championships. After that, she is thinking of staying on in this world maybe by coaching a team, even the national team perhaps. But before that, she must impress the world at the Rio 2016 Games.
