Born in 1988, the Neapolitan rower started his competitive career at the age of 10 at the sport association CN Posillipo. He prevailed in various events at the Italian Championships, from the Boys category to the Senior A, while at an international level he won the bronze medal at the World Juniors in 2006 with the Italian eights. It was in this very event last April that he claimed a promising second place at the World Cup in Varese, together with the same companions that make up the Italian crew on Brazilian waters. In his free time he cultivates his passion for music and computers, in addition to loving other sports such as cycling, five-a-side football, swimming and tennis.
