Biography
"We mothers are stronger." The blue shooter, skeet champion in the Beijing Games in 2008, is convinced and has thoroughly shown it. She is in fact not satisfied to be the first Italian to win an Olympic gold: in 2013 she won the individual and group's European title in the fifth month of pregnancy, with her son Edward who, in fact, was born already with gold medal around his neck. For the 38-year-old blue athlete, sport has always been irresistible: holding a degree in Communication Sciences, journalist, she left her job in an agency of communication in Milan, returned to Udine, and has not stopped firing. Now the Rio Games are in her target.
