At each competition, she can count on the support of her family, her parents and her brothers Marco and Nicolò, who follow her deeds both live and on the TV. Born in the province of Florence, she started swimming at a very young age and then moved to Livorno, where she found a very close team that helped her in her growth. Amongst her most prestigious results, the 4x200 freestyle relay performance stands out; with it, she won a gold medal in 2015 and a European Gold in 2014, and even set a new championship record. She would like to continue her university studies, but at the moment, as she is very busy with her daily training, she prefers to only give space to swimming.
