Biography
Freestyle specialist, a perfect relay swimmer. She is one of the stars of the Italian team in the 4x50m freestyle and mixed 4x50m who won gold at the European Short Course Championships at Netanya 2015 and mixed 4x100 European silver in London 2016. Last year, the 30-year-old from Rome appeared regenerated and able to challenge the Italian records in the 100 freestyle held by Federica Pellegrini. After Beijing 2008 and London 2012, she is ready to experience her third Olympics. With a degree in Languages, she shares her free time with her team mate Silvia Di Pietro: dinners out, shopping and watching TV series. In Rio, however, they are trying to share yet another medal.
