She has been on the national team since 2014 and, after her first Olympic experience with the Swiss team in Beijing 2008, she comes to Rio as the only Italian badminton competitor. 29, originally from the Canton Vales, she approached this sport more than twenty years ago and, after training in different European countries (from Denmark to Germany) and having won various medals around the world, she established her sporting residence in Milan. With a passion for travel and movies, she has said that every time she wears the Italian jersey she feels emotional. And we can imagine how she’ll feel at the Olympic Games.
