Biography

He is in the stroke seat of the coxless four, and was world champion in 2015. With his pace, the Italian quartet made history, managing to bring the world title back to Italy after 20 years. Like any good Neapolitan, the 23-year-old loves the sea and pizza (especially that prepared by his mother). In his spare time, he enjoys taking long bike rides. In Rio he is ready to set the pace to bring back a medal brandishing those 5 iconic Olympic rings.
