Biography

The goal of the Brescia bowman is to improve on fourth place in the 470 specialities at the London Olympics. A “wooden medal” that, contrary to popular opinion, has not disheartened him, but motivated him to improve in Rio in 2016. In Brazil, however, he introduces himself in a new Olympic class and with a new team mate: he will not have Gabrio Zandonà at the helm as in English waters, but the young Ruggero Tita, with whom he has established a very good relationship and who will try to help with his experience gained over the years. He holds a degree in Architecture and, in addition to sailing, has a passion for athletics and cycling.
