Born on 16 August 1990, in  Rovigo, she has practiced synchronised swimming and played volleyball as a child. When she has time, she likes to relax watching movies with friends (above all dramatic movies and thrillers). Her favourite actors are Halley Berry and Marion Cotillard. But as far as good looks are concerned, the two Hollywood stars have nothing on her: the British of The Richest, in fact, ranked her third amongst the most sexy female volleyball players on the planet. The athlete, native of Polesine, however, prefers to focus on the court and, after the 5th place at London 2012, paired with Greta Cicolari, she returns to the Games after she won a historic gold in 2015 at Sochi: the first Italian medal in a leg of the World Tour. She gained a high school leaving diploma in accounting, specialising in foreign languages and she went on to study Physical Education but, at the moment, all her energies are dedicated to beach volley and her dream is to win an Olympic medal. "I'm going to win one sooner or later, I hope already at Rio", she assures us.
