National Team and Olympic Flag Bearer Federica Pellegrini fly to Brazil tomorrow

 

The Olympic mission of the swimming team kicks off. The national team, led by flag bearer Federica Pellegrini, leave for Brazil tomorrow, where they head to Santos - in San Paolo - to finalise their preparations for the start of the Games. 

The National Team will train in the "Unisanta" centre where they will familiarize themselves with the schedules that will shape their South American experience. A total of 35 athletes qualified for the games and the events for each discipline, according to the Olympic timetable, will take place 6-13 August.
