In Rio the Nacra 17 is in the hands of a genius. This 29-year-old team member graduated in Aerospace Engineering from Milan's technical college, "Politecnico di Milano”, having attended ENSICA ("The National Higher School of Aeronautics and Space"), in Toulouse, as an Erasmus student. He consequently obtained his master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. The Brazilian Games is his first Olympic Games, but this Veronese coxswain will not be letting emotions get the better of him. Outgoing, friendly and competitive (he also practices alpine skiing), together with his "fellow" engineering teammate, Silvia Sicouri, he will be giving his all. There are no complicated calculations needed here: Silver and Bronze European medals in addition to a recent Bronze medal. It is said that this blue-clad team member is a Catamaran to put your bets on.
