A judoka of the national team, an athlete of Christ. At the age of five she loved water sports and really wanted to compete in swimming, but due to a problem with her eardrum she had to abandon the idea and look for another sport. The young Roman athlete has gone from artistic gymnastics to ballet, and then, following on her brother’s footsteps, she found her true vocation: judo. Today, at 21, her tatami is still the “world” in which she has fun and in which, thanks also to her faith, she applies herself with passion and sacrifice. After a brilliant start at Youth level (a European individual gold and a team bronze in the continental under 23), she will experience her first Olympic adventure and will take her “world” to Rio.
